Innovation in learning technologies for English language teaching.

As an activity, we can suggest our students to interact with foreign students online. There are apps that let people chat with people belonging to a different country. The idea would be that users´native language should not be the same in order to look for a foreign language to communicate. 

This activity can take place during class time or at school.

Flipped Classroom-

  Activity to work with students of 2nd and 3rd years of secondary school. A good idea would be to show students a short video about Natural disasters and let them infer what the topic is as an introductory activity.  Then the teacher can show some flashcards to introduce vocabulary. MindMap-ShortStory-"Smee"

  It can be used with students of secondary school. The teacher will assign a book or a short story to read and will divide the students into groups. Each group will add information to the file as they read the chapters/sections. (extra activity-reading workshop) By the end of the book/story, the file will be complete and the task will be done in a collaborative way.  Mind-Map-"Smee"
